Our Training Philosophy

Our training philosophy revolves around helping our clients make small and sustainable changes to their daily routine. We believe in teaching our clients the fundamentals of exercise and the basic principles of proper nutrition. Helping our clients find their balance with their new lifestyle habits and integrate them into their current habits is one of our main focuses. More often than not, when people embark on a health and fitness journey they expect instantaneous results and get discouraged quickly when they feel they are not making progress.  We educate our clients on the principles of practicing patience and consistency. Our clients learn to be patient with their goals, trust the process and to be consistent with working towards achieving them.

What We Offer

Personal Training

  • Individualized programming based off of your specific goals

  • Available in hour or half hour sessions
  • Monthly payment plans or single session purchase

Small Group Training

  • Train with a group of friends or family
  • Each member is given specific exercise instruction based off their current fitness level
  • Available in pay as you go options

Justin’s classes are the best workout I’ve ever done. They are always different and fun! He is so careful in his planning and makes modifications when needed. I’ve learned the proper form of how to use weights and how to have the proper body position too. He encourages and supports you all the way. It's hard to know where to begin. Justin is a first rate trainer and coach. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to share and convey his knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and execute. He strikes an incredible balance between encouraging you and pushing you. It is always a pleasure to see him and I ALWAYS walk away from sessions with him feeling GREAT!! I know that my fitness has improved and continues to improve because of his thoughtful approach to understanding your goals and then providing a strategy to achieve them. On top of all this, he is incredibly kind, generous (and funny)! A perfect example has been his response to the COVID-19 crisis in which he has loaned out virtually all of his equipment to clients/athletes without hesitation. Best investment I ever made. I decided I wanted a personal trainer to help me recover from an injury and get back into healthy “CrossFit-lite” shape. He helped me recover quickly, but I have continued to work with Justin every week for last 3 years as he has been instrumental in helping me build a healthy routine. The accountability alone is worth it to me (not being able to snooze the alarm clock when he is expecting me). But any trainer can be that. Justin’s super power is he’s very empathetic.
