Does my child need to play a specific sport?
No. We work with athletes across different sports, as well as young athletes looking to build overall strength, coordination, speed and athleticism.
Does my child need prior strength-training experience?
No. Athletes can start at any experience level. Exercises, weights, and progressions are adjusted appropriately for each athlete.
