Our group classes combine strength training, conditioning and functional fitness in a coach-led environment designed for all experience levels.
Every workout is scalable, meaning whether you’re brand new to exercise or have years of training experience, you’ll be challenged appropriately and supported along the way.

Class Structure
No two classes are exactly the same, but every class is built around the same goal: helping you become stronger, healthier, and more confident in a supportive environment. Our programming combines strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness to challenge you appropriately while keeping workouts engaging and accessible for all experience levels.

Warm Up
Prepare your body for exercise with light movement, mobility work, and exercises that help you move comfortable and safely.

Conditioning
Improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness through workouts designed to challenge you while remaining adaptable to your experience level.

Strength Training
Build strength through guided exercises using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, machines and other training equipment (sandbags, medicine balls, etc.)

Cool Down
Finish class with stretching, mobility, and recovery exercises to help you feel your best and prepare for your next workout.

Do I need to be in shape before joining?
No, our classes are designed for all experience levels. Every workout can be modified based on your fitness level, experience, and goals.
What should I bring to class?
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled class time and bring a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. Our trainers will guide you through everything you need.
How big are the classes?
Classes range from 3-10 participants, creating a supportive environment where you’ll get personalized coaching while enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting.
How do billing, cancellations, and class reservations work?
Our classes are pay as you go, so there’s no long term commitment or membership required. We require a minimum of 3 participants for a class to run. If the class doesn’t meet the minimum, we’ll notify you and help you choose another class time.
What is the class schedule?
Classes are offered:
- Monday 6:30AM
- Tuesday 5:30PM
- Wednesday 6:30AM
- Thursday 5:30PM
- Saturday 9:00AM
Additional classes may be added based on demand
Are the workouts the same every class?
Our classes follow a consistent structure: warm up, strength training, conditioning, and recovery, but the workouts themselves are always changing. This keeps training fresh while helping you get stronger, improve endurance and make steady progress.
