Greek Yogurt Macaroni & Cheese

Make a lighter & healthier version of this classic comfort dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta use your favorite shape!
  • 1 5.3oz plain non-fat greek yogurt single serve cup
  • 1 8oz bag of 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c water

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil Water & Cook Pasta according to box instructions

    2. Strain pasta - do not rinse it!!

    3. Return Pasta to the pot - don't have the burner on

    4. Add the greek yogurt & shredded cheese to the pot and start to mix it up

    5. Dump in the water & continue to mix until the yogurt & cheese has been well combined 

    6. Add desired seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.) and serve while hot!
