How does online personal training work?

All of our online training clients will receive a customized workout template made in Microsoft Excel. Each exercise will have a clickable link which will direct you straight to our YouTube channel where you can watch us explain & demonstrate the exercise. There will also be a section next to the exercise for you to put in any notes. We check in with our online clients 1-2x a week, depending on their training frequency.

Where can I do the workouts?

Where you complete your workouts is up to you. If you want to go to your local gym you can or if you want to do them at home you can do that as well. We will customize each workout based off of what equipment you have available.

How many times a week will I receive workouts?

This is your choice. Most of our clients choose to receive two workouts a week. You can choose to do one workout per week or five – whatever works best in your schedule. If you want to start out at one workout a week, you will be able to upgrade to more at any time.

Are there any contracts or long term commitments?

Our online training is on a month to month basis. There are no long term contracts or commitments.
