At P&C Fitness we offer a variety of nutritional services with our most popular being macro (or macronutrient) coaching. We currently offer:

  • Macro & Calorie Coaching
  • Helpful guides on how to eat a more balanced diet
  • Strategies to improve your relationship with food

Macro & Calorie Coaching: take place primarily through an app "Fat Secret", upon downloading it you can begin logging your food intake which we will see. Tracking your food intake can seem like a daunting task, but it is truly the best way to achieve sustainable fat loss. You will have total control over your food choices and learn how to incorporate your favorite foods as part of a balanced diet that will help you get closer to your goals.

Helpful Guides: will take place with weekly checkins just like Macro & Calorie Coaching. We will provide weekly nutrition lessons, guides, and practical assignments that will help you focus on eating a healthier balanced diet. You'll learn to feel more confident creating meals, navigating social situations without over eating, and will gain sound knowledge on basic nutrition principles.

Strategies to Improve your Relationship with Food: Because of the media, celebrities, popular fads, and comments from friends/family/coworker etc. it can be hard to navigate a positive and healthy relationship with food. We will work with you to improve your relationship with food and start living your life without over thinking about every morsel you put in your mouth.

Ally has helped me track macros for two years! She is someone who is patient, professional; and knowledgeable around nutrition. I’ve been using Patience and Consistency for the past three years for both strength training and nutrition. Both Ally and Justin are 110% committed to leading you towards your goals and a healthier life style. They’ve taught me that anything is possible, but it does take patience and consistency.
